Annual Chili feed & side dish potluck during the Meeting. We start @ 5pm in the Multipurpose Room.

Center Clean-up!

Come join us!

Friday September 26th for a spruce up of the Umpqua Community Center. We will be working between the hours of 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. There is all kinds of fun to be had.

We are in need of volunteers to clean rooms, weed whack fence lines, pull weeds and mow.
Bring your own gloves, water and any other tools that will help get the job done. Cleaning supplies and some equipment will be available.

If you can’t make it on the 26th but would like to volunteer some time let us know when your schedule would allow you to help out. Please contact us by leaving a message at the center.

Family Fun Night & Fire Truck

Join us for an Emergency Preparedness Event paired with our Summer Family Fun Night for kids, on

August 15, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.

This will be an event full of practical information and fun for our kids in our close-knit rural community!

The Umpqua Community Center will host our Douglas County Emergency preparedness team. They will have resources, and information for everyone. If you are 60 or over you also get a free disaster preparedness backpack. This event is your opportunity to learn emergency planning strategies, and disaster response techniques from local experts. Whether you're new to preparedness or looking to refresh your knowledge, there will be helpful information for you. Don't miss this chance to strengthen our community's resilience together.

Our Summer Family Fun Night includes hot dogs, sundaes, prizes, and water play for all.

Mark your calendar for an evening of fun and knowledge for everyone.
