All rental times include set up and clean up. All events are to start and end at the stated hours without exception. No rental available past 11 PM.
Cancellation of an event will result in forfeiture of one half of the rental fees if less than 30 days prior to the event.

Full Day - Entire Facility
This full day rental includes: use of the Multipurpose room, kitchen, play shed, and playground.
The Kitchen and Multipurpose Room comes with 19 tables and 90 chairs.
Play shed and playground includes outdoor picnic tables.

Full Day - Multipurpose Room and Kitchen
This full day rental includes: use of the Multipurpose room, full kitchen with 4 sinks, 2 freezer/fridge combo’s and 2 stoves, 13 tables and 60 chairs.

Full Day or Half Day - “Meeting Room”
This rental includes: 30’ x 30’ room which includes a sink, 6 tables, and 30 chairs.
*”Meeting Room 2” is unavailable for rental as it has been reserved for an ongoing event.

This full day rental includes outdoor picnic tables.
